TERMS OF USE
CLEAR TERMS, CLEAR BOUNDARIES.
The rules for accessing the ARITHYN website, using its content and submitting a project inquiry.
Operator and effect of these terms
This website is operated by Beijing Arithyn Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“Arithyn,” “we,” “us” or “our”). These terms apply when you access the official ARITHYN website, view or use its content, or submit a project inquiry.
By accessing or continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If these terms conflict with a written agreement for a specific project, that written agreement controls.
Nature of the site and service boundaries
The site presents ARITHYN's capabilities, working approach, areas of experience and company information, and provides a project inquiry channel. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, it does not currently provide user accounts, online transactions, automated contracting or a public AI model inference service.
Website content is for general information and business communication only. It is not professional advice, an offer or a quotation, and it makes no commitment about project scope, fees, timing, technical outcomes or a working relationship. A specific engagement is governed by a written agreement confirmed and signed by both parties.
Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity required for your actions on the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for and bind that entity to these terms.
Minors should use the site under the guidance of a parent or other guardian. A child under 14 must have a guardian read and consent to the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site for unlawful or infringing activity; submit malware, spam or false identity information; disrupt normal operation; bypass access controls or security measures; probe vulnerabilities; attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or assist anyone in doing so.
Without prior written permission, you may not use automated means to scrape, mirror, index or commercially exploit site content at a scale materially beyond ordinary browsing. We may restrict abnormal access to protect the site and the rights of users or third parties, and may pursue available legal remedies.
Content you submit
You retain any rights you already hold in project inquiry content and authorize us to process it only to receive, review and respond to the inquiry, assess a potential engagement and arrange follow-up communication. You confirm that your submission is truthful and lawful, that you are authorized to provide it, and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Do not send state secrets, sensitive personal information, unnecessary third-party personal information, source code, access credentials or trade secrets through the public inquiry form. Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create confidentiality, agency, partnership or a similar relationship. Confidentiality obligations require a separate non-disclosure agreement or other written commitment.
Intellectual property and brand use
The ARITHYN name, trademarks, logos, visual assets, page design, text, graphics, audiovisual works, software code and other site content are owned by Arithyn or the relevant rights holder under applicable intellectual property law. Except for lawful fair use, these terms do not transfer or imply any license to you.
Without prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, sell or sublicense site content, remove rights notices, or imply that Arithyn is affiliated with, certifies, sponsors or endorses you, your products or your services.
Third-party links and resources
The site may link to laws and regulations databases, partners or other third-party resources. Those parties independently control their content, products, services, privacy and security practices. A link is not a guarantee of continuing availability, accuracy or suitability.
Review the applicable terms and privacy policy before using a third-party resource. Rights and obligations arising from transactions or interactions between you and a third party are determined separately between you and that party.
Availability and limitations of liability
We take reasonable steps to keep the site secure, available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or suitability for your particular purpose. The site may be suspended or changed due to maintenance, upgrades, network faults, third-party failures, force majeure or security response.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect loss resulting solely from reliance on general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
Privacy and personal information
We handle personal information involved in your visit or project inquiry under our Privacy Policy. Read that policy before submitting to understand the information involved, purposes, retention approach, disclosures and your rights.
If a specific project involves more complex processing, confidentiality requirements or regulated data, the parties should define responsibilities in a project contract, data processing agreement or other written document before the project begins.
Updates, governing law and disputes
We may update these terms as website functionality, business needs or law changes, and will show the latest date on this page. We will provide reasonable, prominent notice of material changes. Updated terms apply to later use from their stated effective time and are not retroactive.
These terms are formed, governed and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute relating to the site through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. A valid dispute clause in a specific project contract controls. For related questions, email leo.j.kao@arithyn.com.
